Shipping Policy

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
All products include shipping except the Jigsaw puzzle which is charged at £1.50 per order for all delivery addresses within the UK. All orders are shipped second class with Royal Mail. If you live outside the UK, please get in touch with us and we can arrange for our products to be shipped to you.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days.
Delivery Address
If you need to amend your delivery addresses after you have placed your order, please get in touch with us at colintontunnel@btinternet.com.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order is on the way. If you have any queries about where your order is, please contact us.
Refund Policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
