The Colinton Tunnel - preserving history and heritage
Nearly 70 metres of brilliantly illustrated poetry. Simply stunning!
Happy Birthday RLS - we celebrated it on 13th November. Here are the Evening News article and the video.
We're painting an enchanting mural in a Victorian railway tunnel, in order to preserve local history and make people smile.

We are rapidly turning a dark and scary tunnel into a safe and welcoming home for Scotland's largest historical mural, celebrating the industrial, social, artistic and literary history of our community.

Here are some recent images. The train and passengers are just outside the tunnel. Who do you recognise? The pheasants and horses are a detail from the line "here is a cart run away in the road". Wow! The two girls pictured helped to paint Colinton Primary's section, and their homework was to write about it. Finally, our brilliant volunteers in a "before and after|" shot.
